Stop and frisk is a violation of everyone's civil rights. Please tell me you get that. It's why New York abandoned it.

Stop and frisk is a violation of everyone's civil rights. Please tell me you get that. Oh I'm sure you're right. Please remind me of the location in the Constitution where that "right" is enumerated. Thank you. It's why New York abandoned it. New York abandoned it because their newly-elected communist Mayor wanted to stay on the good side of the lunatic left voters that put him in office.

While you are right that deBlasio campaigned on it, it was a judge that deemed it unconstitutional and ended it. Not deBlasio Remember. Omitting things= bad. It confuses the rubes

So according to this, over 400,000 crooks were apprehended with the program. And that is a bad thing? What is wrong with you liberals? Remember. Omitting things= bad. It confuses the rubes

So? if you were innocent and had nothing on you you would be OK with your civil rights being violated by a police officer who has no probable cause?
i'm not sure if you looked, but the percentages of totally innocent people every year never dropped below 82%, sometimes went as high as 92% that means you're operating at a less then 15 to 8% success rate?
Would you keep sending your vendors food if they only returned 15 to 8% of your investment? I think not.

No I just did the math from the arrest record data and 3.91 million people roughly had their civil rights violated for no reason other than paranoia. Remember these people are classified as totally innocent.

Remember these people are classified as totally innocent. Yes, and over 10% of them were criminals. If I lived in a neighborhood where the sound of gun shots were an everyday thing, I would be more than happy to be stopped and frisked by the cops. I would tell them thanks, and keep up the good work. You see, I don't see cops as the bad guys. At least the cops don't make them take their shoes off and peer through their clothing like the TSA does to 1.73 million people every day.

Captain you're speaking from a lack of experience living as a distrusted member of society (i.e. Profiling) and especially being from Texas, let's be honest your states history of racial equality hasn't been Exemplary. At least until the 1980s or so LOL

your states history of racial equality hasn't been Exemplary. At least until the 1980s I lived in Houston for a few months in 1981. My first (real) job was here, working at a Wendy's. I had a black manager. I moved to Texas in 1990. Still no racism. Do you have a source for your accusation that I live in a racist state? Or is this just another one of the liberal lies that you guys like to throw out there {like a monkey throwing shit) and hope they stick? You have this vision of the world that has been planted by liberal propaganda. You seem to have no ability to think for yourself anymore. How can you NOT support a program (stop & frisk) that is implemented in high crime areas, not black, white, or brown areas, but high crime areas. Based on your own post, at one point, nearly 1 in 5 people stopped and searched were not innocent people. Wouldn't you want those people off of the street? Think of how many illegal guns that were taken off of the streets in all of those searches. The left does, as it always does, and calls this racist. It is not racist to call a dangerous neighborhood dangerous. Again, if I lived in a neighborhood, where 1 out of 5 people walking around on the streets were thugs, I would welcome the police doing neighborhood policing and stopping people on the streets, to make sure they were not up to no good.

Oh good, another left-leaning publication used as some sort of authority by the left-winger. The Texas Monthly, (headquartered in Austin, island of left-wing lunacy in an otherwise "red" state) and founded by Michael R. Levy who received many awards from such entities as Esquire Magazine and Planned Parenthood, organizations who do NOT give awards to conservative Republicans. What's next?

Also the most glorious Miss teen USA from Texas to use the N-word and didn't have her crown taken. Democrat Senator Robert Byrd and former KKK "Kleagle" who used the N-word and not only didn't have his leadership positions taken away, but is still revered by the Democratic Party and praised by Hillary Clinton. The Muslim kid who was arrested for making a clock.

Me as Ray.
"Would you like to buy my pineapple? look at it. 🍑 Yum"
you conveniently leave out that these things actually happened behind a veil that it's from a liberal website so people of a Republican nature will just discredit it, and that's wrong

Liberal "news" (wink wink nudge nudge) sources have been known to fudge, hedge, skew as well as out and out lie about events that may or may not have happened. And sometimes it's just a matter of "omissions" that don't fit the left-wing agenda. Let me give you a current example. There are riots going on in Charlotte N.C. over a black man who was shot by police. And you have the demonstrators, rioters and George-Soros-bought Black Lives Matter agitators all jumping up and down about it. Now, based upon what you've read and how the news has been covered, tell me, what color is the police officer who shot the black man and what color is the Charlotte police chief? Follow up question. How often have you seen their "color" referred to in the MSM? Why?

See you fail to realize the actual situation, the police are not on our side, the police are on the polices side, we come second(white people) , everybody else comes third(brown people). The police are a fraternity and they will protect their own above all else. How else do you figure at this point like 15+ black people have been killed for minor infractions, not Felonise or murders. I. E. Selling loose cigarettes, vehicle code failures, broken down vehicles in the lane, playing with a toy gun in public, And the list goes on and on, sadly.
Then the other problem is the federal government gives the police, military toys, and all the sudden they think their soldiers. Why do you think their military toys were taken away? too many abuses and white people close to inner-city crimes, as you would put it, felt as if they were in a military state and god forbid we upset the white people.

I am sorry I must admit I used an omission to make my story not sound as bad, the actual number this year alone, so far is 194 unarmed black people have been killed by police, UNARMED.

OK, let's talk about another "ommision." Who was it who determined these "194 black people" were, indeed, unarmed? The FBI Crime division? An opinion writer at the Huffingon Post? Who? And so far this year, how many unarmed white people have been shot by police? Did you forget to include this statistic? Why? Doesn't it fit in with your agenda?

Selling loose cigarettes, vehicle code failures, broken down vehicles in the lane, playing with a toy gun in public, And the list goes on and on, sadly. Are you that brain dead? I want you to find one, single, honest news story to support this crap. Just one. Then the other problem is the federal government gives the police, military toys, and all the sudden they think their soldiers. Why do you think their military toys were taken away? too many abuses and white people close to inner-city crimes, as you would put it, felt as if they were in a military state and god forbid we upset the white people. And yet, nearly to a one ALL these inner-cities and inter-city police departments are run by Democrats and in many case, BLACK Democrats. OK. Maybe not all. Only 90% of them are black Democrats. The remaining 10% are white Democrats. So why should there be all these problems?

Again Ray uses the look over here not over there tactic because he understands how lazy people can be and not wanting to look something up, I don't pedal mud, I pedal and facts, I expect you to understand that after all these years of knowing me.
But since you won't leave it alone all credit a few I saw, Huffington, Washington, Time, Denver Post, BBC, mediate, crime search, Vanity Fair, I could go on and on but frankly I'm getting tired of looking up sources.

It doesn't fit my agenda because white people have not been systematically oppressed for 500 years under racism, and then by the prison industrial complex, the drug war, Jim Crowe, integration, separate water fountains, not having the right to vote, not having the privilege of having white privilege. Again you can't see this because you don't live where it exists

I think I finally understand Ray and the beliefs he was taught. This shall be the end of my arguing politics. You can't change 70 years of core belief with logic and facts. It forces the inner human to face all that they are. And I do not wish to make anyone look at that journey, that's up to them selves. I'll see you guys on CCR

Again Ray uses the look over here not over there tactic because he understands how lazy people can be and not wanting to look something up So, you couldn't find a bona fide example to support your nonsense. I don't pedal mud, I pedal and facts, I expect you to understand that after all these years of knowing me. OMG! I nearly spit coffee all over my monitor. But since you won't leave it alone all credit a few I saw, Huffington, Washington, Time, Denver Post, BBC, mediate, crime search, Vanity Fair, I could go on and on but frankly I'm getting tired of looking up sources. Since you cannot provide a link to any specific story I'll assume you're just lying about this hoping nobody notices you didn't provide any actual evidence to support your nonsense. It doesn't fit my agenda because white people have not been systematically oppressed for 500 years under racism Oppressed? Oppressed?!? Once again that charge of "oppression" shows up in a left-wing narrative. If America is so oppressive why are so many millions of "people of color" striving to get in here? You know, if *I* was living under such oppression in a county that allowed free and open emigration you can bet I'd get my ass out and go live somewhere else that wasn't so oppressive. Yet these "oppressed" people you describe don't leave. Makes me wonder how oppressed they could possibly be. and then by the prison industrial complex More left-wing gobbledygook Huh? Jim Crowe, integration, separate water fountains, not having the right to vote ...all programs promoted and promulgated by Democrats. not having the privilege of having white privilege And yet MORE gobbledygook Again you can't see this because you don't live where it exists Neither do you. Neither does anyone you actually know.

Mik, your biggest omission of facts is the same thing the vast majority of police killings have in common. Resisting arrest. The street is not the place to argue your case. That is what courts are for. If a cop tells you to do something, whether you think it is right or wrong, just do it. Getting into a physical altercation with the cops will never end well. You get frustrated because we don't fall for the crap you fling. That is because we have heard it all before. It is the same crap all liberals fling. Start thinking for yourself. Liberal lies like "hands up, don't shoot" don't work with informed people. You ignored my whole question to fling more poo, I would love to hear what you have to say about this, so I will post it again. How can you NOT support a program (stop & frisk) that is implemented in high crime areas, not black, white, or brown areas, but high crime areas. Based on your own post, at one point, nearly 1 in 5 people stopped and searched were not innocent people. Wouldn't you want those people off of the street?
