School vouchers let kids go to many private, and specialty schools. Parents have their kid's school tuition from Washington in their pocket, and if the public school is crap, they have a choice. The amount of federal payouts per student is enough for a non-profit to run an alternative school.
The Democrat's problem with this is that vouchers create competition with public schools. If a public school is crap, registrations will decline, and so will the schools funding. But wait, why would Democrats care. I mean your a Democrat, I'll bet you think school vouchers are a good Idea.
The Democrats don't support school vouchers because the teachers unions hate them. They don't want competition, if crappy schools close, they loose members and member dues.
The teachers unions give lots of money to the Democrats, money they get from teacher's dues. In return the Democrats fight against school vouchers.
This sentences, already venerable, poor kids, to a crappy education and a crappy life.
But to the Democrats that is ok, because they are here to help. Just vote for them and they will give you food stamps, and a free ObamaPhone.

The only difference between what you're saying about Hillary and what I'm saying about Trump is the FBI would actually probably indict Trump, where they have said numerous times they have no interest in Hillary. But I'm sure Rush Limbaugh has you convinced that she's guilty of some bullshit. Thought crime maybe. Maybe she's brain damaged? Or bleeding too much from her wherever. When I lost a lot of my blood I was pretty confused. Trump may have a point.

FBI would actually probably indict Trump, where they have said numerous times they have no interest in Hillary. OK,let's see if I have this right. "The FBI would probably indict Trump." FACT: The FBI doesn't indict anyone. They merely investigate serious suspicion of crime. FACT: The FBI isn't investigating Trump for anything. "...they have said numerous times they have no interest in Hillary." FACT: Hillary has been under serious investigation by the FBI for months and continues to be under investigation. But I'm sure Rush Limbaugh has you convinced that she's guilty of some bullshit. Ahhh, yes. Rush Limbaugh, the last refuge of left-wing scoundrels. If Limbaugh suggests Hillary Clinton is a guilty asshole about tons of stuff that must mean she's innocent as a lamb. Even the Clinton campaign brags how she "hasn't been indicted on anything" which, of course, isn't the same as "not guilt." She's simply an unindicted felon. Maybe she's brain damaged? Or bleeding too much from her wherever. When I lost a lot of my blood I was pretty confused. Trump may have a point. Trump might have a point at that.

This is trump during a deposition, A DEPOSITION! When he is sworn to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth. If you find this presidential then I laugh at you. And sounds like more of a negotiation with a three-year-old.
We can isolate one particular deposition as evidence of this: His Sep. 2012 deposition in a lawsuit regarding Trump University, the real estate training seminar series that has been the subject of fraud allegations and investigations by attorneys general in multiple states. Over the course of that one interview, Donald Trump says that he doesn't know the answer to a question hundreds of times. He claims not to recall details related to questions dozens more. Asked if he attended one of the program's seminar in Florida, Trump says he did. When? Years ago. What year? Doesn't remember. Who were the instructors? He didn't remember. What did they talk about? "I can't remember specifically." Was this Trump Institute, the Florida iteration of Trump University? He didn't know. Did he remember the format of the presentation? He didn't. Pressed for any detail he remembered, Trump offered one: "The only detail, as I left, I was very impressed."

Trump is such an awesome businessman/ nice guy. He knows deals. Like this one. All I had to see was two things: Facebook and Gavin Newsom and that's all I needed to know. Facebook, with a well-deserved reputation for advancing left-wing causes and left-wing kooks while deleting or disassembling anything that might hint at conservatism. And Gavin Newsom who should be indicted for violation of federal immigration laws and conspiracy to violate those laws for San Fransisco's infamous status as a sanctuary city for illegal aliens. He doesn't need to be on Facebook; he needs to be in prison. You want to know why, despite all his short-comings, Donald Trump commands HUGE attendance at his rallies? One word: Immigration. Just heard some of trumpets speech. Our military is so depleted, so depleted folks, so depleted. Be afraid! Be very afraid!!!! Or not because it's a lie. Depends upon who you ask. If you are listening to Barack "military hater" Obama or his Sec. of Defense, or the Generals and Admirals whose jobs depend on how well they kiss Obama's ass, then one would be inclined to think everything is peachy keen. But if you're talking to those in or connected to the military whose jobs depend upon how well they can defend this nation, then one might get a different picture. And it'll cost at least $150 BILLION. good plan It IS a good plan compared to the trillion dollars Hillary says she'll spend on roads, bridges and infrastructure. Which, by the way, makes some wonder what happened to the first trillion dollars Obama got for roads, bridges and infrastructure. Oh wait, that's right that first trillion went to corporate cronies like Solyndra and labor unions (whose member dues support massive donations to Democrats) but NOT to roads, bridges and infrastructure. I have no doubt Hillary's trillion would go the same route as Obama's trillion. $150-billion to rejuvenate our decimated military sounds like a damned good deal to me.

Right, we don't need roads bridges and infrastructure, only 80% is failing, we should wait till 100% is failing. 👍 Good plan right

We have a bigger military than most of the civilized world combined, why does it need to be bigger and better. Who were we currently fighting that is better than us? If you say Isis I'm going to leave a flaming bag of dog shit on your doorstep. Because you're delusional.

Right, we don't need roads bridges and infrastructure, only 80% is failing, we should wait till 100% is failing. Thank you for affirming what I just said. Obama got nearly one trillion dollars for roads, bridges and infrastructure. What happened to it that only 6 years after received nearly one trillion dollars "80% is failing." And you might remember (but I doubt it) that Obama emphasized how so much of this nearly one-trillion dollars was going toward "shovel ready jobs." I guess that was right if by "shovel ready" he meant continuing to shovel bullshit at the American public. We have a bigger military than most of the civilized world combined, why does it need to be bigger and better. The United States has bigger military obligations than most of the civilized world combines.

Um...? 305 billion is not 1 trillion. You're about 695 billion off. But hey what are facts to a republican pseudo independent. Never meant anything before they won't mean anything now

Here's something you can ask your Trump contractor friends about because they will know, if you get a job and are only given 30% of your bid budget, guess what? The job isn't going to get done properly. It's almost like witchcraft the way it works

Um...? 305 billion is not 1 trillion. You're about 695 billion off. But hey what are facts to a republican pseudo independent. Never meant anything before they won't mean anything now I was including the $787 billion stimulus package of 2009. Let's see, plus $305-billion last year. Hmmmm. I guess you were right. I was a bit off. That comes to just over a trillion dollars. $1.091-trillion to be exact. And yet Hillary seems to need even more. But hey, liberals can't ever get enough digging in the tax-payers pockets, can they? I mean can you?

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, also known as the The Stimulus or The Recovery Act, was a stimulus package enacted by the 111th United States Congress in February 2009 and signed into law on February 17, 2009, by President Barack Obama. Let me educate you with a simple timeline (as per Wikipedia): - Introduced in the House as H.R. 1 by Dave Obey (D-WI) on January 26, 2009
- Committee consideration by Appropriations and Budget
- Passed the House on January 28, 2009 (244—188)
- Passed the Senate on February 10, 2009 (61–37)
- Reported by the joint conference committee on February 12, 2009
- Agreed to by the House on February 13, 2009 (246—183) and by the Senate on February 13, 2009 (60—38)
- Signed into law by President Barack Obama on February 17, 2009
And to think, it only took you 3 separate postings to display your total incomprehension of the subject. This is what make having lefties participating in intelligent discussions so labor intensive. All the libby has to do spout some ignorant blather off the top of their heads and we have to spend a great deal of time gathering and presenting the truth to counter the blather.

Was TARP Passed Under Bush or Obama? Just a third of Americans know that the bank bailout was enacted by the Bush administration; nearly half incorrectly say it was passed under President Obama.Aug 10, 2010

1 where else are the kids gonna go??? Are you going to relocate them? No? 2 bigger government? List how it will be bigger please. School vouchers let kids go to many private, and specialty schools. Earlier today Donald Trump laid out a plan to free "trapped millions of African-American and Hispanic youth in failing government schools that deny them the opportunity to join the ladder of American success." For years conservatives have bemoaned the stranglehold the political left has held over the public education system due, largely, to the incestuous relationship between teachers' unions and the Democrats. The Democrat Party gives the teachers unions all the want because the unions give all their political campaign donations to Democrats.

So you and cap have been saying smaller and smaller government. Now you want the states to give up schools so the federal government can run it? I'm sorry but wouldn't that make our government much bigger?

So we are all about to get brain damage from Zika since its exploding in the us. Should congress should be forced back into session? They have already failed numerous times to pass a bill because both sides keep attaching no go amendments.
Place bets on number of infected before congress acts?

I'm sorry but wouldn't that make our government much bigger? No.that's now what it means, and now how it works. Do some homework and get back to us when you have a clue regarding the nature of charter schools, magnet schools, homeschooling, and school vouchers.

I'm sorry but wouldn't that make our government much bigger? The vouchers are for any private school that chooses to accept them. They are not federal government run schools. If most conservatives had their way, Washington wouldn't have all of that education money in the first place. There is no need for a federal department of education. Creating that was one of the dumbest things Jimmy Carter did. And that is saying something.
