Recently the State of Missouri became the 13th state whose state legislature voted to send delegates to a propose Convention of States. This followed a similar vote by the Texas state legislature about a week earlier. I thought it might be an appropriate time to re-introduce the topic here and start off with an excellent overview that was produced by the State of Alabama: It's relatively short and very informative in a short-attention-span sort of way. I have sent an email to my local state representative urging support for a Convention. And just to I can bring this thread full circle, here is the link to our first thread here regarding the Article V Convention.

Today, September 15, marks a most important anniversary. As summed up by Mark Meckler from the Convention of States website: The most telling statement repeated over and over again regards Congress and a Convention of States.: Congress is NOT going to reform itself.
